Campaign Manager for Dungeon Masters

Plan the session. Run the game.
Your world writes itself.

Record your session and Scrivorn writes the recap your players will actually read, then files every NPC, location and quest into a wiki that grows itself. It tracks the threads you set up and never paid off, so the next session starts half-planned. You run the game. The paperwork runs itself.

The complete DM workflow

Every part of running a campaign, in one loop.

Why it matters

Measured on real sessions

<4 min
Average time to process a 3-hour session transcript
100%
Of the transcript read, no truncation, no missed moments

After the Session

The recap writes itself. The world remembers everything.

Paste your transcript or upload a recording. Scrivorn processes the full session, every NPC, location, quest, and key moment, and shows you a review screen before anything is saved.

Session Recap

Narrative summaries your players will actually read

Not a bullet dump. Scrivorn writes each session recap as a story, past tense, campaign voice, capturing the emotional beats alongside the plot ones. Players see the latest recap the moment they open the portal.

  • 2–3 paragraph narrative summary in story style
  • 5–8 bullet highlights for quick reference
  • Most memorable moments, automatically surfaced
  • AI-generated image of a key scene from the session

Plan vs. Reality

See what landed, and get suggestions for next time

Before each session, jot down what you're hoping to cover. After it's processed, Scrivorn compares your plan to what actually happened, and suggests what to pick up in the next session based on loose threads and player choices.

  • Side-by-side plan vs. recap comparison
  • Identifies unresolved threads and missed beats
  • AI suggestions tailored to your campaign's actual story

World Building

A living wiki that writes itself as you play.

Every NPC, location, and faction that appears in your sessions gets a wiki entry, written for you from the transcript. You control what players see, what stays secret, and what the world shows to people who haven't joined yet.

World Wiki

Mark what matters. Archive everything else.

The Core NPC system keeps your wiki clean. Mark the characters that matter to the story, they get full pages. Minor NPCs go into a tidy archive, out of the way but searchable. Session badges show when each character first appeared.

  • AI writes character and location pages from your transcripts
  • Core NPC toggle, only story-important characters front and center
  • Controlled tag vocabulary (ally, enemy, merchant, recurring…)
  • Custom tags you define, Claude learns to use in future sessions
  • Full DM editor with folders, page types, and player visibility control

Player Portal

Your players always know what happened last time

Each campaign gets a beautiful, login-gated player portal. The first thing players see is the most recent session recap. From there they can browse NPCs, track quests, build their character, and stay immersed in the world between games.

  • Last session recap shown on the home screen, always current
  • Character portraits and backstories with optional AI generation
  • Quest tracker with a session-by-session history of each quest
  • NPC and location wiki. Core characters front and center, full list available
  • Customisable theme colours to match your campaign's aesthetic

Recruitment Page

A public page that sells your table

Finding players usually means writing the same pitch into a forum post for the fifth time. Scrivorn gives every campaign a shareable page, your world's introduction, your tone, your colours, with a join link built in. Write it once, send it to anyone.

  • Lives in your World Bible as an ordinary entry, edit it like any other page
  • Your own URL to drop in a Discord, a subreddit, or a group chat
  • New players join straight from the page into your player portal
  • Publish or unpublish with one toggle, private until you're ready

Before the Session

And it does your prep, too.

Everything above happens on its own. This part is for the night before, built against the campaign Scrivorn already knows, so what you make fits the story you're actually telling. And it does not stop when you close the tab: an encounter you never ran, or an item nobody claimed, comes back on your next prep list until it does.

Encounter Builder

Generate monsters, balance XP, add loot

Describe what you want, "ambush by cultists near a ruined bridge, party level 5", and Scrivorn generates a balanced encounter with CR ratings, XP, tactics, and a full stat block for each monster.

  • AI-generated custom monsters with full stat blocks
  • XP budget calculator with Easy / Medium / Hard / Deadly tiers
  • "Describe a battle" mode for quick multi-monster encounters
  • Click any monster for HP, AC, abilities, saves, and attacks
  • Unrun encounters come back as loose threads in Session Planning

Loot Generator

Magic items that actually fit your campaign

Generate magic items and loot drops that match your session's tone, the enemy type, or a specific character's build. Each item comes with flavour text, properties, and attunement requirements.

  • Context-aware item generation, describe what you need
  • Rarity tiers from Common to Legendary
  • Save items to your encounter's loot table
  • Add to the party's inventory directly from the recap
  • Anything nobody has walked away with stays on your prep list
